Alberto Rosas has a general civil practice with an emphasis in the areas of probate, business, and real estate.

The majority of Alberto’s law practice involves litigation: trust litigation, business litigation, and real estate litigation. His law practice also involves transactional matters related to estate planning, business transactions, and real estate transactions. Alberto joined Sundeen Salinas & Pyle in October 2010.

During law school, Alberto Rosas worked at AT&T Legal Department; Gargalicana & Graceffa, LLP; Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office; Watson, Hoffe & Hass; and Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger, PC.

Alberto Rosas is actively involved with local Bay Area business associations and chambers of commerce. He is the treasurer of the East Bay La Raza Lawyers Association. Additionally, Alberto is a Co-Chair of the Minority Bar Coalition. And he was elected to serve on the Executive Committee of the Barristers Section, Alameda County Bar Association, for the 2012-2013 term.

He has appeared on and been interviewed by KQED Radio, KRON TV-4, Univision TV-14, Telemundo TV-48, and PBS.
