Ruben Sundeen has been practicing law since 1996. In 1988, Mr. Sundeen completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley. He graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law (U.C. Berkeley) in 1996. In law school, Mr. Sundeen was President of the Boalt Hall Students Association and a member of the California Law Review.

Between undergraduate studies and law school, Mr. Sundeen worked as an environmental assessor/consultant for Raney Geotechnical in Sacramento and pursued his musical talents. Mr. Sundeen is also an avid fisherman and enjoys playing soccer and basketball.

Mr. Sundeen's community involvement includes membership in the Rotary Club of Oakland Sunrise as well as the East Bay La Raza Lawyers Association; he has been President of both organizations.
